There is no information about the author, the original of this graffiti has a black background and the man does not have the logo in his eye. This graffiti was photographed during an Urbex inside the former mental asylum of Volterra in Italy, now abandoned to itself. The title is due to the presence of a man with a pointy nose behind a rather scared man: here we saw a sense of bipolarism or personality problems and paranoia that was perfectly in line with the piano sonata "La Ninna Nanna di un Pazzo" by Mestizia CRK.
